Delivery of a software subscription for automated security tests, along with implementation and support services for a period of 36 months and training of the Ordering Party's administrators I.The subject of the order is the delivery of a platform to automated security tests, along with implementation and support services for a period of 36 months. II. The contractor is obliged in particular to: 1. providing a software subscription to the provided solution for a period of 36 months, 2. implementation of the supplied software preceded by the Contractor's pre-implementation analysis, which will result in the development of technical implementation documentation. 3. providing technical support services for 8 hours monthly service for a period of 36 months (i.e. a total of 288 service hours) on the terms specified in the Description of the subject of the order and in § 5 of the Agreement, 4. providing the Ordering Party with access to technical support offered by the entity that is the author application software under the terms specified by this entity. III. As part of the service of providing the Automatic Security Verification Platform, the Ordering Party requires three training courses (once a year on the date proposed by Ordering Party) minimum 2-day stationary training (up to 350 km from the Ordering Party's headquarters) for a group of up to 7 people, including*: •Obtaining the knowledge necessary to conduct penetration tests • Acquiring skills...
