Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of standard software subscriptions and standard software packages with update rights (hereinafter referred to as Products) within the scope of the contract specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order (hereinafter referred to as: "OPZ"). The ordering party is entitled to use the license under the terms and conditions applicable to educational units. The Ordering Party is currently using a 3-year EES contract from Microsoft and uses the products listed in the description. The ordering party requires delivery licenses for students resulting from the package of benefits offered by the software manufacturer in accordance with the rules specified by the manufacturer. 2. The Products offered are to be standard products - widely available on the market (Commercial type off-the-shelf (COTS). 3. The Ordering Party requires the delivery of Products on the terms and conditions provided for by the manufacturer of the Products or its subsidiaries (Manufacturer) for educational units. 4. The quantitative specification of the subject of the order is specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order. 5. NOTE: The Ordering Party indicates that the expected numbers of individual Products and the number of licenses included in the OPZ - Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and in the offer form are estimates and are intended only to compare offers and do not constitute an obligation for the Ordering Party to purchase them, which means that the Ordering Party may choose from among individual products and the number of licenses indicated in Chapter 2 of the Annex...
