A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the SWZ together with annexes, in particular the OPZ and PPU. 3. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. 4. Place of order fulfillment: National Institute of Geriatrics, Rheumatology and Rehabilitation. 5. Detailed issues regarding the deadline for completing the subject of the order are determined by PPU and OPZ. 6. In the cases specified in the draft contract, the contract execution date may be changed. 7. The ordering party does not allows the possibility of submitting variant offers. 8. The Ordering Party does not envisage awarding contracts referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 8 of the Public Procurement Law. 9.
