Delivery of software and provision of SOC services increasing the security of IT systems of the National Institute of Geriatrics, Rheumatology and Rehabilitation 1.The subject of the order is: 1) Delivery, implementation and installation of the SIEM system; 2) Provision of SOC (Security Operations Center) services consisting in handling reports, continuous monitoring, detection, analysis and response to incidents for a period of 36 months; 3) Delivery and implementation of antivirus software and protection EDR/XDR agent with management console, administrator training and MDR service provision; 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the SWZ together with annexes, in particular OPZ and PPU. 3. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of offers partial. 4. Place of order fulfillment: National Institute of Geriatrics, Rheumatology and Rehabilitation. 5. Detailed issues regarding the deadline for completing the subject of the order are determined by PPU and OPZ. 6. In the cases specified in the draft contract, the deadline performance of the contract may change. 7. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of variant offers. 8. The Ordering Party does not envisage awarding contracts referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 8 of the Public Procurement Law. 9.
