The subject of the order is the supply of software and communication interfaces for the tram simulator. The Contractor will deliver, install and configure the software covered by the subject of the order at the Ordering Party's premises. As part of the delivery, the final version of each programming will be transferred to digital medium and handed over to the Ordering Party in a protocol. The contractor will provide IT equipment in accordance with the requirements of the subject of the order and the necessary documentation and guidelines for its connection in accordance with the provisions of the subject of the order and will confirm the correctness of its installation and connection as part of the process starting the simulator. The Contractor will train 3 people from the Ordering Party in the operation, configuration and maintenance of the supplied software. The training must take place at the Ordering Party's headquarters. The contractor will provide a warranty of at least 24 months for the scope of the subject of the order from the date of signing acceptance protocols for the subject of the order. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.
