Part 1 Delivery of non-alcoholic drinks to the Recipient in the town (garrison) of Olsztyn.1. The subject of the order is the supply of non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with the description of the subject of the order (minimum quality requirements) - Annex No. 5 to SWZ, in assortment and quantities in accordance with the price form, appendix number 7 to the SWZ and the draft provisions of the contract, appendix number 2 to the SWZ.2. The subject of the order and the method of execution of the order are included in the draft provisions of the contract (including annexes). 3. Supplies of funds food products will be implemented successively.4. The quality parameters and the required (minimum) warranty period are specified in Annex 5 to the SWZ (PDF) - Description of the subject of the order (Minimum Quality Requirements). The ordering party requires a warranty for the offered product the subject of the order on the terms and conditions specified in the Description of the subject of the order.5.
