1. The subject of this order is the delivery of a brand new small-scale pressure electrospinning device, free from legal and physical defects, together with its accessories.2. Description of the minimum technical parameters required by the Ordering Party i other types of properties of the equipment referred to in section 1 above, as well as the type of devices, components and accessories (equipment) constituting the equipment as above (so-called technical and scope description of the subject of delivery) - provided in Appendix No. 2 of the SWZ. 3. Whenever in the following the provisions of this ToR will refer to the Equipment or Device without further specification - it means the entire subject of delivery from this order (all devices and other equipment) - in accordance with the description of the requirements set out for it in the appendix No. 2 SWZ. In the case and to the extent that in the SWZ Annex referred to in section 2 above, the trademarks, patents or origin, source or specific process that characterizes the products or services provided by a specific Contractor, indication other Contractors do not know this.
