1. Subject of the order: Part No. 1: Delivery of small IT equipment.2. An integral part of the description of the subject of the order is: 1) Bid price calculation form - Annex No. 1A to SWZ for part No. 1 - this attachment is also a price calculation form tender and description of the subject of the order.2) Draft provisions of the contract - Annex No. 4 to SWZ.3. The goods referred to above should meet the quality requirements of products admitted to trading.4. The contractor is obliged to deliver the goods at the factory new, high quality and compliant with safety standards regarding the impact on human health and the environment and other generally applicable regulations.5. The delivered goods must be in the manufacturer's original packaging with a visible logo and symbol product and description of the content in Polish.6. The goods referred to above are covered by a warranty, the period of which is 24 months from the date of confirmation of receipt, unless the manufacturer of the goods grants a longer warranty period, then for a specific part of the goods.
