1. The subject of the order is the supply of disposable medical equipment in the assortment and quantities specified in Appendix No. 2 to the IDW - Assortment and quantity form.2. The offered subject of the order must meet the requirements of the Ordering Party listed in The assortment and quantity form must be brand new and ready for use as intended without making additional purchases.3. The offered subject of the order must be approved for trading and use, in accordance with the applicable regulations. law, in particular the Medical Devices Act of April 5, 2017. on medical devices, taking into account the provisions amending these acts.
