The subject of the order is the delivery of 3 simulators for the needs of the Trade Center in the field of roadsiness at the Agricultural School Complex Major Henryk Dobrzański Hubal in Sokołka.

Machine simulator - 3 pcs.

1) The subject of the delivery is the simulator of many machines in one device In the amount of 3 pieces, enabling the training of excavators, wheeled chargers and equalizers. The device is equipped with advanced simulation modules, a realistic graphic environment and interactive controls, which allows faithful reproduction of working conditions at the construction site.

2) The supplied equipment is to be factory -new, complete and efficient, free from physical and legal defects, and placed on the market in accordance with applicable law.

3) The Contractor ensures that the software supplied with the hardware:

a) comes from a legal source and has all the ingredients confirming the legality of origin (e.g. original packaging, carrier, license agreement, access key).

b) does not violate the Act of 4 February 1994 on copyright and related rights.

c) comes from the official sales and distribution channels of the manufacturer to the Polish market.

4) The contracting authority requires, That the equipment delivered as part of the contract has the required certificates, including a safety certificate.

5) The contractor undertakes to deliver together with the device:

a) warranty card.

b) User manual in Polish.
