1. The subject of the order is: Delivery of the SI Assistant system (VoiceBot) for Central e-Registration. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order. 3. The contractor is obliged to implement order on the terms and conditions described in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Draft provisions of the contract. 1. The subject of the order is: Delivery of the SI Assistant system (VoiceBot) for Central e-Registration. The order includes: 1.1.as part of the order basic: -purchase of the SI Assistant System supporting Central e-Registration, including the delivery of the System and its Implementation; - provision of Development Services by the Contractor up to 200 Man-hours, -provision of Warranty Services by the Contractor i Service for a period of 60 months from the date of receipt of the System Implementation by the Ordering Party, -provision of Telecommunications Service for the System, 1.2. as part of an optional order: - provision of Additional Development Services by the Contractor in the amount of up to PLN 1, 600 Man-hours; - provision of Additional Telecommunications Service by the Contractor. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order. 3. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on terms and conditions described in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Draft provisions of the contract.
