Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of sets of indicators for GSP-11 and GSA-12, divided into 2 parts (tasks): task no. 1: Set of indicator measures for GSP-11; task no. 2: Set of indicator measures for GSA-12. 2. Requirements, quantities and a detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in Annex No. 1 to the Specification of the Terms of Procurement, which the Ordering Party will provide to Contractors invited to submit offers who meet the conditions specified in the announcement. 3. The Ordering Party allows possibility of submitting partial offers. 4. Order completion date: - The subject of the order in terms of basic quantities must be delivered to the Ordering Party within the time specified in the most advantageous offer, but no later than September 30, 2026 (in depending on which of the above-mentioned deadlines expires first) - Deadline for execution of the Agreement under the optional order: until September 30, 2026. 5. The Ordering Party provides for the right of option in the proceedings in question. The ordering party may exercise option rights use repeatedly until the maximum quantity specified in § 2 section is exhausted. 2 of the Agreement, but no later than 30 days from the date of signing the Agreement. The Contractor is not entitled to claim against the Ordering Party for optional deliveries. 6. Ordering Party provides for the possibility of invalidating the proceedings pursuant to Art. 257 of the Public Procurement Law in a situation where the public funds he intended to use to finance all or part of the order are not granted to him.
