Tender Details

1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of sets for the implantation of stimulators and sets with a bowl and a napkin for the Employer's surgical radiology, described in detail in Annex 2A to SWZ.

2. Conditions for the performance of the order were also specified in the draft contractin chapter x swz.

3. In the description of the subject of the contract, the Employer determined the qualitative requirements relating to at least the main elements that make up the subject of the contract - therefore, he uses the possibility indicated in art. 246 para. 2 POP.
