1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 1 (one) set of wheelsets for a 36WEh vehicle, which consists of 4 rolling wheelsets and 4 driving wheel sets, the type, description and delivery conditions of which are specified in Annex 2.1 (Price form) and in Annex 4 (Contract template) for SWZ. 2. The offered parts must: - strictly comply with the requirements specified in Annex 2.1 to the SWZ (Price Form), - be original, brand new, free from defects, meet the relevant requirements quality and requirements of European standards or Polish Standards transposing European standards, as well as unencumbered by the rights of third parties, - their parameters (applies to monoblock wheels and brake discs) correspond to the design values given in technical and operational documentation, - meet other requirements specified in the Contract Template. 3. Contractors who: 1) are not subject to exclusion in the circumstances referred to in Art. 108 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, subject to that in the Procedure the contractor is not subject to exclusion in the case referred to in Art. 108 section 1 point 1 letter h of the Public Procurement Law, and in the case referred to in Art. 108 section 1 point 2 of the Public Procurement Law, if the person referred to in this provision has been convicted of crime specified in Art. 108 section 1 point 1 letter h of the Public Procurement Law, and are not subject to exclusion in the circumstances referred to in: - art. 5k of Council Regulation (EU) No. 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 regarding...
