1. The subject of the order is the purchase of a pediatric set of instruments for neuroendoscopy of the head. The equipment enables lighting and angle control in hidden parts of the surgical field, enabling clear visualization and manipulation of anatomical structures. It can be used to treat hydrocephalus and other changes in the in and around the ventricular system, various types of intracranial tumors, cysts and neurovascular lesions.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order along with technical parameters is included in Appendix No. 3 to SWZ Technical Specification, after completing which the attachment must be attached to the offer together with documents confirming the parameters required by the Ordering Party and offered by the Contractor.3. The implementation of the subject of the order is conditional on co-financing from the Medical Fund of the Ministry of Health "Purchase of medical equipment for the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric patients - FM-STI.01.PEDIATRIA.2025". If financial resources will not be granted, the Ordering Party expects to cancel the proceedings pursuant to Art. 257 of the Public Procurement Law.
