Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of a set of devices for streaming video, photo and other files. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ - which is also a Description of the equipment offered. Information additional: Annex No. 6 to the SWZ - constitutes a means of evidence confirming that the offered supplies meet the requirements, features or criteria specified by the Ordering Party, referred to in Art. 106 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law. Description of the Offered The equipment should be submitted with the offer, in accordance with the template constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ (i.e. on the date of submission of offers), because specifying in it the benefits that will be provided if the offer is selected as the most advantageous one constitutes the content offers. However, the content of the offer consists only of those items in the "Description of the Offered Equipment", in which the Contractors should not only confirm the compliance of the parameters of the offered device with the minimum requirements of the Ordering Party - on the principle of "meets/does not meets", but provide the full name of the manufacturer, type and model of the offered equipment in order to clearly identify it and/or specify the technical parameters or features of the offered devices. Specifying this information is for of the Ordering Party necessary to conduct the procedure and consists of the content of the offer.
