Subject of the proceedingsThe subject of the proceedings is the selection of a supplier for the supply of sets of pneumatic tanks intended for passenger carriages: project 112A-40 (wagons class 1) - 33 wagons project 111A-40 (class 2 wagons) - 98 wagons Total: 131 wagons = 131 sets of pneumatic tanks Each set of tanks must comply with the technical specification no. 111A-40-112A-40-ST-062-012. Prawo opcjiZamawiający przewiduje execution of the order: within the guaranteed scope: tanks for 131 wagons and under the option right - extension of the order by additional sets for 181 wagons over the next 5 years (counting from the date of completion of the last wagon of the guaranteed 131 pcs.) - The maximum number of wagons is 312. The option right will include the possibility of placing additional orders for additional wagons, depending on production needs. Orders under the option will be: implemented on the same commercial terms and technical requirements launched successively on the basis of separate orders, orders under the option law are not obligatory for the ordering party. 3. Scope of deliveryThe scope of the order includes the delivery of complete sets of pneumatic tanks for one wagon, i.e.: compressed air tank approx. 125 l±3.5% compressed air tank approx. 15 l±3.5% compressed air tank approx. 6 l±3.5% in accordance with technical and material requirements...
