Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the successive deliveries by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of a set of materials and accessories for cataract surgery using the phacoemulsification method (hereinafter referred to as the goods) in the type and quantities specified in the Price Form constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and in accordance with the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 4 to this SWZ. 2. For the duration of the contract, the Contractor will provide a free deposit of the goods referred to in section. 1, hereinafter referred to as the contract "commission".
