Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a set of lighting fixtures with assembly and configuration, as well as a local control system with its integration supporting the Temporary Exhibitions at the POLIN Museum of the History of Polish Jews.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex No. 1 to SWZ.6. The Contractor is obliged to have and maintain, throughout the entire period of validity of the Agreement, including the entire period of execution of the Order and the entire period of the Guarantee granted for the Subject of the Agreement, civil liability insurance (OC) with for the business activity conducted, including the scope of activities related to the implementation of the Subject of the Agreement, for a guaranteed sum not less than PLN 400, 000 (say: four hundred thousand zlotys) for one and all events during the insurance period. Insurance will cover the Contractor's liability for damages arising in connection with the performance of the Subject of the Agreement, in particular personal and material damages caused to the Ordering Party or third parties; arising in connection with the execution of the Order, including in particular at least one of the following: delivery, transport, delivery, assembly, configuration, commissioning, integration...
