1. The subject of the order is: delivery of a set of devices for testing liquid electrolysis processes on an intermediate scale, on-line detection and continuous characterization of the composition of gaseous products, and supporting the analysis of changes in morphology. The subject of the order remained divided into four parts: Part 1: Water electrolyzer test station for hydrogen production; Part 2: Critical point dryer and sprayer; Part 3: Set of on-line CO and O2 analyzers and on-line multi-gas analyzer; Part 4: Analyzer FTIR spectrophotometric. The subject of the Agreement includes in particular sale, delivery, unloading, bringing in, assembly and installation by the manufacturer's authorized service/technical team with knowledge and experience in the field of installation and commissioning (without losing the manufacturer's warranty) of all elements of the Subject of the Agreement at the Ordering Party's headquarters and training the Ordering Party's staff in the operation of the delivered devices - applies to Part 1. The subject of the Agreement includes in particular: sale, delivery, unloading, bringing in, assembly and installation by the manufacturer's authorized service of all elements of the Subject of the Agreement at the premises of the Ordering Party and training of the Ordering Party's staff in the operation of the delivered devices - applies to Part 2, 3 and 4. 2.
