Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a set of commercial licenses of EDA-CAD software for the design of ASIC integrated circuits, intended for post-factum commercialization of the integrated circuit design implemented in the X-FAB XP018 technological process, submitted for production on May 21, 2025, called hereinafter referred to as "the subject of the order. 2. The requirements and technical parameters of the subject of the order are specified in [Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ] - subject evidence. 3. The contractor is obliged to provide the features of the offered subject of the order in order to identify it, in accordance with the table in [Appendix No. 1 to SWZ]. 4.The offered subject of the order must be consistent with the detailed description of the subject of the order and meet the described requirements. Failure to meet at least one of the minimum required parameters will result in rejection of the offer. 5. Equivalent solutions: 1) If the Ordering Party in description of the subject of the order indicated trademarks, patents or origin, sources or a specific process that characterizes the products or services provided by a specific Contractor, it is allowed to offer solutions equivalent to those described, provided that they maintain the same minimum technical, quality and functional parameters - it is assumed that such indications are accompanied by the words "or equivalent". 2) The contractor who refers to equivalent solutions is obliged to demonstrate that the solution he offers meets the requirements specified by ...
