Delivery of a set of ASIC EDA-CAD Cadence Design Systems design tools 1. The subject of the order is the supply of a set of ASIC EDA-CAD design tools Cadence Design Systems or equivalent and compatible therewith, hereinafter referred to as "the subject matter orders". 2. The requirements and technical parameters of the subject of the order are specified in [Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ] - subject evidence. 3. The contractor is obliged to provide the characteristics of the offered subject of the order in order to identify it, in accordance with table included in [Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ]. 4. The offered subject of the order must be consistent with the detailed description of the subject of the order and meet the described requirements, and - in the case of equivalent solutions - be compatible with the software indicated in Annex 1 to the SWZ. Failure to meet at least one of the minimum required parameters will result in rejection of the offer. 5.Equivalent solutions: 1) If the Ordering Party indicated trademarks, patents or origin, source or specific process that characterizes the products or services provided by a specific Contractor, it is allowed to offer solutions equivalent to those described, provided that they maintain the same minimum parameters technical, qualitative and functional - it is assumed that such indications are accompanied by the words "or equivalent". 2) A contractor who relies on equivalent solutions is obliged to demonstrate that the solutions offered by them...
