Tender Details

The subject of the order is the delivery of three (3 pcs.) service boats. The scope of delivery includes in particular:

a.delivery of the item to the ordering party's headquarters, during working hours,

b.warranty service (within the offered warranty period, the Contractor will ensure the repair of all defects detected duringo atation of the boat's faults, defects and damage, as well as the possibility of direct access by the Ordering Party to technical experts of the manufacturer of the boat being the subject of the order, including assistance in diagnosing problems related to the proper functioning and operation of the boat.)

c. Warranty: minimum 36- months counted from the moment of delivery of the subject of the order (confirmed by the final delivery and acceptance protocol signed by both parties without any comments).

2. All materials and components must be new, showing no signs of external damage or previous use, i.e. no part, elementthe boat must not have been previously used. The delivered item must be properly packed and secured during delivery. The contractor is responsible for the delivered goods during transport. In the event of damage, he is fully responsible for the resulting damage. The contractor undertakesto remove, at its own expense, any damage caused by the Contractor during the execution of the order. If it is found that the delivered products:

a) are damaged, have defects that make them impossible to use, and these defects and damage are not the fault of the Ordering Party or,
