Delivery of servers with after-sales support and software The subject of the order is the supply of servers with after-sales support along with software, with separation of basic and optional ordering. The Ordering Party provides for the right of option. A detailed description of the application of the option right is included in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and the contract template, Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. The Ordering Party does not anticipate awarding orders, referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 8 of the Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party declares that, being the data administrator and taking into account the provisions of the Act of May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data (hereinafter GDPR), it has implemented security measures adequate to identified risks and guaranteeing proper security of personal data transferred as part of the proceedings.
