1. The subject of the order is the supply of server software for the needs of the District Office in Legionowo.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order, together with the indication of the minimum required technical parameters by the Ordering Party, is included in the Appendix to the SWZ Description of the subject of the order.3. All materials and devices or software necessary for the proper execution of the order must have certificates or declarations of compliance with Polish Standards or technical approval for products not covered by certification.4. If in the SWZ, announcements related to the procedure, in the detailed description of the subject of the order, the subject of the order is specified by indicating trademarks, patents or the origin, source or specific process that characterizes the products or services delivered by a specific Contractor, it is only intended to determine the technical features or properties of specific equipment, devices, materials and software that should be used to perform the subject of the order.
