1) The subject of the order is the supply of a server intended for AI and HPC calculations for the needs of the IDEAS Research Institute (hereinafter referred to as the Ordering Party), including in particular the supply of the server with the necessary hardware components and the provision of warranty and service during the period indicated in the description of the subject of the order and in the contract template.2) Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), including technical parameters, functional, program and service requirements, is included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. The OPZ has been prepared in accordance with the principles set out in Art. 99 of the Public Procurement Law, i.e. in an unambiguous and comprehensive manner, using sufficiently precise and understandable terms, taking into account all requirements and circumstances that may affect the preparation of the offer
