Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is: Development of digital services and improvement of cybersecurity at the USK General Hospital and the Podkarpackie Oncology Center in Rzeszów - delivery of server hardware and software as well as solutions in the field of cybersecurity. 2. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers, where each complete part is a part. An offer may be submitted for one, several or all parts of the order. There are 3 Parts in this procedure as below: a)Part No. 1 - Delivery of server and computer equipment, b)Part No. 2 - Delivery, implementation and 36-month maintenance of cybersecurity systems, c)Part No. 3 - Purchase of scanners for digitization of medical records (50 pcs.) along with configuration, connection to the system, extended warranty and extension of support for 3 years. 3. Detailed description of the subject of the order (for all parts of the order), size, scope, type and quantity of supplies, terms of warranty and service, are specified in the Detailed descriptions of the subject of the contract - SOPZ (Appendices No. 1 to the SWZ), which are an integral part of the SWZ. 4. The Ordering Party allows equivalent solutions as described in the SWZ. 5. Cat. CPC: CPC: 1, 5, 7, 24. 6.
