Tender Details

1. The subject of the order includes the supply of server equipment with software for the Zelw Commune as part of the Cybersecurity Self-Government project. 2. The subject of the order includes in particular: 1) delivery of new elements in the indicated quantities to the Ordering Party's headquarters in accordance with the material and quantity statement.2) The Contractor will provide such packaging of the equipment as required to prevent its damage or deterioration of its quality during transport to the place of delivery.3) The equipment will be marked in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular safety signs.4) The Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with equipment operation instructions or, if they are made available by the manufacturer in electronic form, provide the website addresses where they can be downloaded.5) For software, the Contractor is obliged to grant an exclusive license to the Ordering Party or to transfer to the Ordering Party an exclusive license right in accordance with the licensing rules specified by the manufacturer.
