Tender Details

1. The subject of this order is the delivery of a server and switch set for the needs of the Medical University of Warsaw. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order, specifying the type and quantity, was specified in the Required Form technical conditions, constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 3. The Contractor's obligations will include the implementation of the subject of the order in accordance with the provisions of the Draft Agreement, constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. 4.The devices will be delivered to the Logistics Department Medical University of Warsaw - Warehouse Management Section, ul. Pawińskiego 3, 02-106 Warszawa, tel. 48 22 57 20 292. 5. In situations where the Ordering Party describes the subject of the order by referring to standards, technical assessments, specifications technical and technical reference systems, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described in each such standard, technical assessment, approval, technical specification, technical reference system that meet the requirements specified in the description subject of the order. 6.
