Tender Details

Delivery of server and network equipment with implementation 1. The subject of the order is the supply of server and network equipment along with implementation. A detailed description of the subject of the order (hereinafter referred to as "OPZ") together with the proposed provisions of the contract constitute Annex No 1 and 2 to SWZ. 2. The Ordering Party requires the submission of the following pieces of evidence: 1) features and functionality form (Appendix 4 to the SWZ); 2) CE declaration of conformity (or equivalent) for the offered Devices; 3) the Contractor's declaration regarding the execution of the order (Annex 12 to SWZ); 4) a document confirming the country of origin that is not the contractor's own declaration (e.g. quality certificate, CE declaration of conformity, catalog card). 3. The Ordering Party accepts equivalent means of evidence if they confirm that the offered deliveries meet the requirements, features or criteria specified by the Ordering Party. With respect to certificates issued by a specific conformity assessment body, the Ordering Party also accepts certificates issued by other equivalent units. assessing compliance. 4.
