The subject of the order is the supply of a range of everyday and dress uniforms: shirts, sweatshirts and softshell trousers, polo shirts and T-shirts for the needs of organizational units of the State Forests in the territory of the Republic of Poland. The description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The quantities of the assortment are specified in Annex No. 1 (offer form). The given quantities of the subject of the order constitute the maximum quantities of the subject of the order that the Ordering Party may order and are used to compare and evaluate offers. The terms of execution of the order are included in Annex No. 12 to the SWZ - draft contract. The minimum warranty period for the entire range is 12 months.
