1. The subject of this order is the delivery of a brand new seed classifier for testing germination strength, including accessories, free from legal and physical defects.2. Description of the minimum technical and other parameters required by the Ordering Party the type of properties of the equipment referred to in section 1 above, as well as the type of devices, components and accessories (equipment) constituting the equipment as above (so-called technical and scope description of the subject of delivery) - provided in Appendix No. 2 of the SWZ. 3. Whenever in the following the provisions of this ToR will refer to the Equipment or Device without further specification - it means the entire subject of delivery from this order (all devices and other equipment) - in accordance with the description of the requirements set out for it in the appendix No. 2 SWZ. In the case and to the extent that in the SWZ Annex referred to in section 2 above, the trademarks, patents or origin, source or specific process that characterizes the products or services provided by a specific Contractor, indication other Contractors do not know this.
