1. The subject of the order is the supply of a 12-month license for software for performing scientific and engineering calculations and creating computer simulations for all students and employees of the Gdańsk University of Technology to carry out scientific research and teaching processes. Due to the fact that many teaching programs and scientific research carried out at the Gdańsk University of Technology are based on MATLAB and Simulink software licenses, the offered software must enable the continuation of teaching processes and scientific research conducted in the MATLAB and Simulink environment while maintaining full functionality. An example of a license that meets all the Ordering Party's requirements is the Campus Wide Suite (CWS) license. The Ordering Party allows the offer of equivalent products, the criteria of equivalence are described in the form of a list of modules, Annex 5 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party considers the offered product to be equivalent, ate the Executive will provide the functionally described in the 5 to SWZ
