Tender Details

The offer includes the provision of route-based bus driving for children in general classes, children referred in accordance with section 5 of the Folkeskole Act. 7 (language screening), children who are driven to/from special classes, children who are driven to/from swimming and sports facilities and transport to/from forest nurseries.

Magistrate's Department for Children and Young People, AAarhus Municipality (hereinafter Children and Young People), wishes to enter into contracts for the transport of children and young people who attend schools and institutions in Aarhus Municipality. The goal is that driving will continue to be safe, flexible, service-oriented and efficient.clay or all tendered partial contracts. This means that it is not a matter of offering individual fixed routes, but of driving children to one or more given schools/institutions.

Part contract 1 Northeast

Part contract 1 Northeast includes driving to and from schools, including driving on fixed morning and afterwardsdday routes at certain schools. In addition, at some schools there may also be a need for driving in the middle of the day, such as swimming or sports-related transport.

Aarhus Municipality's estimated total consumption of services covered by the partial contract amounts to approximately DKK 9 million on an annual basis. Danish DKK excl. VAT.

Delkontrakt 2 Syd

Subcontract 2 Syd includes driving to and from schools and forest kindergartens, including driving on fixed morning and afternoon routes at certain schools. In addition, at some schools there may also be a need for transport in the middle of the day, such as swimming and/or sports-related transport.
