Tender Details

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of medical equipment (hereinafter referred to as the "subject of the order" or "equipment"), including its bringing, arrangement, assembly, installation and launch in the hospital pharmacy of the Provincial Specialist Hospital Janusz Korczak in Słupsk Sp. z o.o., at ul. Hubalczyki 1. A detailed list of assortment and quantity includes Annex 2 to IDW-assortment and quantity form and parts III SWZ-description of the subject of the contract.

2. The subject of this contract is also the adaptation of the rooms in which the equipment will be installed, in accordance with Description contained in Part IV SWZ-a functional and utility program (hereinafter "PFU"). This adaptation includes the development of project documentation necessary to perform construction works and the implementation of these works along with the necessary equipment.
