Roadside assistance must be able to be offered to all vehicles of the Armed Forces and the National Emergency Management Agency, both civilian and military vehicles, in Denmark and throughout Europe understood as the EU 27 as well as the countries in the Balkans that border the EU-27 countries. Greenland and the Faroe Islands are not covered by this agreement.
Defense and BRS has vehicles with diesel and petrol engines as well as hybrid and electric vehicles.
on roads with firm ground and exceptionally on loose and soft ground. The majority of the assistance is expected to happen to vehicles with a weight of up to 3.5 tonnes gross and in Denmark. Roadside assistance must be available on all days of the year.
The above includes i.a. the following services, etc.:
- Towing the vehicle to the workshop
- Starting help
- Salvage
- Unlocking doors
- Wheel change
- Fuel to the nearest gas station abroad and to the nearest gas station used by the armed forces in
Denmark
- Onward transport for up to 8 people
- Loan car for max. 8 people
- Emptying the tank in the event of incorrect refuelling
- If requested, the Tenderer must send information to the Buyer with information corresponding to the Work Report in electronic format
