Tender Details

The subject of the order is the supply of new multi-hole road slabs of the YOMB type, dimensions 100x75x12.5 cm, 6, 000 pcs. Made in accordance with the PN-EN 1339:2005 standard. The slabs should be double cross-reinforced steel according to PN-H-93247, PN-EN 10080 standards, in the zone bottom and top with a minimum thickness of reinforcing bars of 6 mm. Thickness of concrete cover of reinforced bars 30 mm +/- 5 mm. the total weight of reinforcement in one slab cannot be less than 2.90 kg. The abrasion resistance of the board is 18000/5000 (mm3/mm2). Resistant to knitting frost resistance level F 150. Compression strength - concrete class C30/37; absorbency not greater than 5%. The surface of the slabs should be free from scratches, cracks and concrete defects, with a compact or molded texture, in accordance with standard requirements. The edges of the boards should be equal and simple maximum deviations from the nominal dimensions are: length +/- 5 mm, width +/- 5 mm, thickness +/- 3 mm.
