Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of ordinary crushed stone mineral aggregate with a fraction of 0-31.5 mm, excluding aggregates originating from limestone rocks, by self-unloading vehicles to municipal roads and internal access roads to fields and farms during the period 2026 in an amount of approximately 2, 000 tons, but will not be less than 1, 500 tons.2. The delivery of aggregate, in addition to the sale of the aggregate itself, includes its loading, weighing, transport and unloading to places indicated by the Ordering Party in the Gardeja commune.3. The aggregate is collected on working days during the Ordering Party's working hours.4. The subject of the order should meet the quality requirements for products approved for marketing and use in construction, specified in Art. 10 of the Construction Law regarding construction aggregates.5. Aggregate must has appropriate test results confirming compliance with appropriate standards for this type of aggregate.6. At the request of the Ordering Party, the Contractor should attach a declaration of conformity of the supplied material, i.e. grain size testing (sieve analysis) along with the source of its origin.7.
