Tender Details

1. Subject of the order 1) Delivery of dolomite road aggregate with a fraction of 4-31.5 mm for maintenance works on internal and municipal roads (road width from 3.00 m to 9.00 m). 2) Technical parameters: the aggregate should meet the requirements of the PN-EN standard 13242.3) The demand for aggregate is estimated at 3, 500 tons with a fraction of 4 31.5 mm.4) The final quantity of aggregate will be determined after conducting the tender procedure and selecting the most advantageous offer. However, the Ordering Party stipulates that the final quantity aggregate delivered under this order will vary by a maximum of +/- 30% from the estimated quantity.5) Delivery dates will be successive, depending on needs, upon each request by the ordering party by telephone or fax or by e-mail, no later than 3 days before the required delivery date. The order will include; date and time of delivery, the amount of aggregate required and the capacity of the means of transport.6) Transport depending on the width of the roads and terrain configuration (steep descents), will be carried out in cars with a capacity of 8 to 20 tons with side and rear dumping.
