Delivery including replacement and commissioning of a new system BMS for the management of ventilation and air conditioning in the MCK facility in Katowice as part of the investment project entitled: "Modernization of the International Congress Center in Katowice". The subject of this order is: 1) Delivery of the BMS system for the needs of modernization of the existing control and measurement infrastructure in the building of the International Congress Center in Katowice in the scope of: 1.Modernization of air handling units automation systems (I&C) consisting in the delivery and replacement of controllers and complete control and measurement equipment (temperature sensors, pressure transducers, damper and valve actuators) with BMS system integration for 41 existing units 2.Modernization of control cabinets and nodes consisting of delivery and replacement new controllers and integration with the BMS system for 12 cabinets (BMS-RCH cabinets, the scope also includes the replacement of instrumentation and control equipment): 3.Modernization of network infrastructure in the scope of: Replacement of the necessary structured cabling along with the replacement of i configuration of active devices for system communication. Documentation: Preparation of full as-built documentation (electrical diagrams, communication protocols, user manuals). Delivery, implementation and transfer of complete files source applications for each field controller. Preparation of full as-built documentation necessary for proper management of the system...
