Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of renal replacement products to SPZZOZ in Wyszków. 2. The description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 2 - Detailed price offer, and Annex No. 5 - Contract template.3. The medicinal products offered must be approved for marketing and use in accordance with the applicable provisions and acts of September 6, 2001, pharmaceutical law (i.e. Journal of Laws 2025.750) and published in the current Official List of Medicinal Products authorized for marketing in the territory of the Republic of Poland, on the principles set out in art. 3 or 4 section 1 and 2 or art. 4a of the Pharmaceutical Law Act.4. The validity period of the subject of the order must be at least 6 months from the date of delivery.
