Delivery of reloading trolleys without a drive The subject of the order is the supply of unpowered reloading trolleys to the warehouse at ul. Logistics 12, 05-250 Ciemne near Radzymin. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1a to the SWZ / Annex 1 to Agreements - "Quantitative summary of the subject of the agreement and technical conditions along with unit net prices." The Ordering Party reserves the right to resign from the subject of the contract specified in section 1 to 10% of the contract value specified in § 5 section 1 of the contract. The Ordering Party's resignation from the purchase of up to 10% of the contract value cannot constitute the basis for any claims on the part of the Contractor for non-performance of the contract. Limitation of the quantity and value of the subject of the contract referred to in this section. NO constitutes an amendment to the contract and does not require the consent of the Contractor or the conclusion of an annex to this contract.
