Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of prefabricated multi-hole reinforced concrete slabs with dimensions of 1007512.5 cm. 2. Number of questions ordered: 660 pcs.3. The boards must be of grade 14. JOMB boards should have Technical Approval and Declaration of Conformity (after January 1, 2017, the boards should have the following documents: National Technical Assessment replacing the Technical Approval and the National Declaration of Performance issued in place of the National Declaration of Conformity). 5. The surface of the boards should be even without any cracks, cracks or lumps. Small depressions and protrusions up to 5 mm deep or high are allowed. 6. Concrete from which it is made is a question, it should meet the requirements for minimum strength class C20/25 according to PN-EN 206-1:2003 and PN-B-06265:2004.7. The steel used for the reinforcement should meet the requirements of PN-ISO 6935-1:1998, PN-ISO 6935-1/Ak:1998, PN-ISO 6935-2:1998, PN-ISO 6935-2, the reinforcement of JOMB road slabs should be made in accordance with the manufacturer's individual technical documentation, the slabs must be double-reinforced with steel mesh according to the PN-82/H-93215 standard in the lower and upper zones of the bars with a min. thickness of 6mm.
