It is allowed to submit offers for equivalent products. The bid amount is the NET value for the implementation of the entire order and should include all costs related to its implementation. Bid evaluation criterion: price 100%. Terms of implementation order: The contractor selected by auction is obliged to submit a completed and signed offer form (epuap, qualified electronic signature or handwritten scan) in accordance with the template available in the tab "Appendices" immediately, no later than 12:00 on July 13, 2026. If the offer form is not submitted within the specified deadline, the Ordering Party reserves the right to reject the offer. Completion date - up to 7 days from placing the order.
