Delivery of IS for forest production records and ensuring its development and operation for a period of 48 months Description: The subject of the order is the delivery of an information system for forest production and specialized forestry records and ensuring its development and operation. The public procurer has been operating since 2007 at Stof their IS WebLES technical means, a detailed description of which is given in attachment no. 6 of these tender documents. By the term supply of an information system and ensuring its development and operation, the public procurer understands: a) Supply of an information system for forest production records (hereinafter also ISLV) including an agreement on the commitment before the vendor lock-in construction of the contractorb) Delivery of implementation works including training of system administrators and all users) Delivery of a detailed description of the ISLVd) Delivery of a detailed user manual) Maintenance of the ISLV during the 48 months of the contract durationf) Sservice support of ISLV during the 48 months of the contract durationg) Technical support of ISLV during the 48 months of the contract durationh) Continuous updating and management of ISLV databases since 2007. The public procurement agency requires, for the ISLV goals of a successful bid, a minimum range of functionalities of the currently used system WebLES. The public procurer will operate the ISLV on its own hardware resources and on the resources of the public procurer's end users.
