Delivery of a refrigerator to KKCz. 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a refrigerator to KKCz. 2. A detailed description of the delivery that is the subject of these proceedings is included in the "Assortment and price sheet" constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. This description should be read along with changes to the content of the SWZ, e.g. as a result of responses to contractors' inquiries. 3. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 9 to the SWZ. 4.Recipients of the item orders were specified in the Product and Price Sheet constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. 1.
