The subject of the order is the supply of reagents necessary to conduct microbiological diagnostics for the needs of the Hospital multidisciplinary in Inowrocław for a period of 36 months from the date of signing the contract. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is Annex No. 2 to the SWZ (Packages No. 1 to No. 10). 3. In proceedings above EU thresholds conducted by tender unlimited, in which the contracting authority applied an accelerated deadline for submitting offers (Article 138(2)(2) of the Public Procurement Law - urgent need), the rules for asking questions and providing explanations to the SWZ are shortened 4. The duration of the order is specified on 36 months may be extended by the Ordering Party if the Ordering Party has not used the quantity of the product specified in the subject of the contract. 5.
