Delivery of reagents, calibrators and control material along with the lease of analyzers 1. The subject of the order is the supply of reagents for performing biochemical and immunochemical tests with calibrators and control materials, along with the lease basic analyzers and a replacement analyzer (for determining cardiological parameters). 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order, including information on the required technical and operational parameters as well as the type of analyzes and the number of markings, has been specified in Annex No. 1, which is an integral part of the SWZ, in which the Ordering Party requires the Contractor to provide the name of the manufacturer, model/type, catalog numbers, as well as other data (indicated in the form) of the item offered by the Contractor orders. 3. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers and must include all items indicated in the subject of the order. 4. The subject of the order will be delivered at the expense, risk and transport of the Contractor. 1.
