The subject of the order is the delivery of: Package 1 - Reagents and equipment for blood group serology using column micromethods2. A detailed description of the subject of the order (OPZ) and the method of order execution is included in the Description of the Subject of the Order constituting Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ and Assortment and Price Form, constituting Appendix No. 3 to SWZ3. In addition, the subject of this order is also the lease of equipment dedicated to the column micromethod described in the Contractor's offer. (Package 1).4. Scope of the Contractor's obligations and methods execution of the order was specified in detail in Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ Draft provisions of the contract.5.
