Task No. 1 - Delivery of reagents and control materials for analyzers in two locations owned by SPWSZ in Szczecin 1. The subject of the order is the supply of reagents and control materials for analyzers in two locations owned by SPWSZ in Szczecin. The Contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the draft contract, constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ, and in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order, constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, and in Annex No. 1A and 1B to SWZ. 2. The detailed description of the Subject of the Order is attached as Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. The place of execution of the subject of the order will be the Independent Public Provincial Hospital in Szczecin at ul. Arkońska 4, 71-455 Szczecin w location - loco: 1) warehouse of the Ordering Party's Laboratory Diagnostics Department at ul. Arkońska 4 (building I), 2) The Ordering Party's Laboratory Diagnostics Plant at ul. A. Sokołowskiego 11 (building E). 4. The Ordering Party does not reserve any personal obligation performance of key tasks by the Contractor regarding the subject of the order. The contractor may entrust the implementation of elements (parts) of the subject of the order to subcontractors. If the intention is to perform the subject of the order with the participation of subcontractors, the Contractor is obliged to indicate in its offer the parts of the order (material scopes) the performance of which it intends to entrust to subcontractors, and to provide the names of any subcontractors, if they are already known...
